U.S. Air Force C-130 Hercules Demonstration

One Plane, Many Missions

Air Show fans will witness a powerful C-130 Hercules demonstration.  This mighty aircraft will roar over Burke Lakefront Airport highlighting its awesome capabilities.

Since its first flight in 1954, the Hercules has been everywhere and done just about anything. Aircrews have flown it to both poles, landed or airdropped supplies to military theaters and performed countless relief operations around the globe.

The C-130 is a workhorse aircraft used for numerous missions.  From the highest of air strips in the Himalayas to landing on aircraft carrier runways in the middle of the ocean, the C-130 regularly—and proudly—defies expectations. The Hercules is known for its ability to tackle any mission, anywhere, at any time.

The demo is being flown by the 910th Airlift Wing, Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio. For more info, please click here.
